"It was better than expected."

It was better than expected. We really wanted to see it again. Our little great nephew came with us and we didn't think he would make it through the entire show but to our surprise he did. He was captivated by the entire show. The costumes and props were fantastic and you were pulled into the story, music, affects, and action. We were wondering how you would pull off the sea creatures and the whale and once again it was wonderful. You just felt like you were floating in the ocean witnessing to it all. Thank you for always placing such attention to every detail and making each and every show a very special memory. Can't wait to come back and watch another magical performance.

Our first experience was noah in branson! We saw jonah in lancaster and sampson in branson! Have not been disappointed in either! We have recommended sight and sound numerous times to friends and people we have met! Have plans to see jesus in 2020 in branson! Can't wait!

Have been to many broadway shows. Realize their theaters are much smaller than sight & sound. However, this was one of the best productions i have ever seen. Maybe because i was familiar with the story line but was wonderful. Looking forward to the 2016 moses production.

We left our home here in st. Joseph, mo to come to branson to enjoy the show after hearing from several people that attended the shows previously and spoke of how great the experience was. There was 4 of us in our party that came down. Myself, my wife, my 15 year old son and my mother-in-law. We travel often and go many places and have seen many plays thus far but, this show was by far the best we have been to. We just returned from rome, italy about 4 months ago and seen a play there and let me say that even though that play was good this play we seen there in branson was by far the best ever. The actors stayed on point with the bible and the things they were talking about and even made it to the point it was easier for even small children to understand and enjoy. This to me is very important to keep things as close as possible to the bible when they are re-enacting the scenes as they are. My wife and my mother-in-law could not stop talking about how they enjoyed the play so and the using of the live animals was soo enjoyable and this too also keeps the attention of the younger children as well. My mother-in-law made the comment that even though this is the last year for jonah that the new upcoming play of moses would definitely be worth the travel to come down and see especially if that play was as good as this one which we expect that it will no doubt be. We just wanted to say to the staff, actors, and everyone behind the scenes that we appreciated everything you did and furthermore thank you for staying so close to the story line and the bible as you could possibly do so. Thank you for all your hard work, the hours of practice, the hours of training the animals and hours away from your families. We look forward to seeing the new shows for 2016 year and may god bless and keep all of you... Thank you, eric and joetta frye

Beautiful theatrical performance of jonah! Held in a massive, clean and comfortable state of the art theater with nice large restrooms along with several snack and gift shops in lobby. The show was spectacular! Really liked how they brought us as the audience into the show by using the aisles and overhead space to bring animals and characters around us as well as on the stage. Took a lot of performers and behind the scenes people to make this happen! Look forward to moses coming next year!

We couldn't have been happier with the treatment at your theatre. Alan has special needs for seating and from the purchase of tickets to the end of the show every need was met. Our granddaughter had studied jonah in bible school this summer so she was really into the show. And, the baby cry room was perfect because our twin granddaughters were ready to crawl and tumble instead of sit still. It was fun to see the backstage dressing rooms etc. And we appreciated the prayers and prayer requests. The only thing negative was pointed out by my safety husband and his friend was that when the two exit signs were pointed out, they were not visible from our seats. The venue was so large and beautiful! It was nice to have snacks and water there also. We loved seeing it and will always be memorable!!!!

I and the three other people who i came with enjoyed the performance! The actor who played jonah was funny and very believable. I loved the sound effects during the performance. The whale was beautiful and i thought bringing it out in the audience was awesome! I love the sound of whales anyway. It felt like i was in the ocean myself with the fish, jelly fish, corals etc. It was wonderful! The ship blew me away when it turned toward the edge of the stage as if it was going to come into the audience. The entire cast was great! The show was incredible and i would recommend it to everyone!

Of the 3 performances i've seen at s&s, jonah, although well done, seemed more geared to the younger generations rather than all ages. However, having said that, i did enjoy the excellent singing, sets and choreography. I was very pleased with the ticket procedure.

This was the second sights and sound play that i have attended and i must say jonah was just as awesome as noah, which was the first play that my family attended. All the characters were perfect. The colors and scenery beautiful. The songs so very touching. I can't say enough. It depicted how very undeserving we are of god's mercy but how willing he is to give it when we turn to him.

Wonderful musical play. Anyone, child or adult, would love to see. Even this should keep the youngest child watching at all times as real life before their own eyes to see. My husband and i enjoyed the beautiful bible story as it came alive on the stage before us.
