This group of individuals has held up the tradition of the original members from 1934 when it was first created by Roy Rogers. Now they bring that tradition to you with the Sons of the Pioneers Dinner and Show.
Step out of the present, away from modern hassles and headaches, and into the "Old West" with the Sons of the Pioneers for this cowboy show that includes a delicious chuckwagon supper. First things first, every cowboy and cowgirl needs a full stomach before enjoying the show, so belly up to the chuckwagon and fill up on chicken, beef, corn on the cob, and other authentic "Old West" dishes. Then mosey on over to the theater for the show of a lifetime. The atmosphere of the stage is set with tumbleweeds and cactus. All decked out in their cowboy gear, the group will treat you to songs such as "Ghost Riders" and "Red River Valley." They mix their music with the perfect amount of comedy, creating a show that will never be forgotten.

The Sons of the Pioneers have thirty-six years of consecutive performances, a record for longevity. They have made ninety-eight movie appearances and they also have a three thousand compositions under their belts including Bob Nolan's "Cool Water."
About the Performers
The original Sons of the Pioneers was created by Roy Rogers in 1934. Over the years, the members of the group have changed, but the theme remains the same. Currently, the group consists of Dale Warren, Ken Lattimore, Preston Eldridge, Randy Rudd, Waylon Herron, Luther Nallie, Gary Lemaster and Jarrett Dougherty.
Show Location: The show is performed in the new Pavillion Theatre near the main entrance to the The Shepherd of the Hills.
Show Hours: Mondays through Saturdays at 5:00 p.m. The dinnerbell rings at 4:15 p.m.
