Baldknobbers Jamboree Show

wondering

my husband grew up there in Branson,went to school his first seven years. We saw a show by the Baldknobbers back in 1970 when Mr. Allan and his wife were in the show. The musicians had rubboards and an backbone of an ass as their instruments. We loved it but haven't been back. We are planning a trip there next month on the weekend of the 19-21st. Just wondered if any of the group was still alive and playing? They were family friends with my husband's parents. (Clarence and Georgia Edwards). My husband, Jim went to school with their relatives and knew Mr Allan and family well. Wanda Edwards

This is by far the most professionally done show in Branson. The costumes, the choreography, the props and background - all are excellent. The numbers that were included were outstanding. Because we are of the older generation, we enjoy hearing music from our early days - we thought the choice of music was outstanding, and it included Orange Blossom Special! The staff, especially the ushers, was so friendly and helpful. This was a real treat, and if I go to Branson again, I certainly will attend this show again.
