The Sight and Sound Theatre has become of Branson's most popular venues. Sight and Sound Theatre brings classic Bible tales to life through story, song, and spectacular sets and production. This theater features a state-of-the-art facility, complete with mechanical stage, 3-D videos, pyrotechnic engineering, and lasers. Productions feature a talented cast of over fifty professional actors and stage crew.
At the Sight and Sound Theatre, visitors can expect to be dazzled by larger than life sets towering over 40 feet in the air accompanied by live music and special effects, in addition to trained live animals. Currently, Sight and Sound Theatre Branson produces two shows each year. In the spring and summer, Noah The Musical takes the stage, and in the Christmas season, visitors can see the Miracle of Christmas.
Noah The Musical tells the iconic story of Noah and the Ark. The Sight and Sound Theater production follows the story of Noah and his family as they obediently build the ark to prepare for the flood and then live in the ark for over a year. This show features live animals, an on-stage ark, beautiful music, and powerful acting. This story is ultimately a tale of obedience and faithfulness that will inspire visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
In November and December, Noah The Musical departs and makes way for the Miracle of Christmas. The Sight and Sound Theatre is transformed into a Christmas palace, complete with extensive greenery, sparkling lights, and a 30-foot-tall Christmas tree. Miracle of Christmas is a live show that follows the story of Mary, Joseph, and the birth of Jesus. This interactive performance also allows you to engage the characters in the production.
