Branson shopping will be in top form during the weekend after Turkey Day, so be sure to check out all of the great shopping malls and shops in Branson. While you're in town, be sure to kick-off the holiday season with some of Branson's stirring Christmas celebrations. The Ozark Mountain Christmas runs through the months of November and December, so you'll be able to enjoy special holiday performances at many Branson shows, unbelievable lighting displays and incredible activities for the entire family. You'll find the entire city is bursting with holiday cheer so infectious that even the biggest Scrooges will be singing along with carols and holiday melodies. Silver Dollar City will be hosting its Old Time Christmas event that features more amazing lights displays and special attractions including the Dickens Christmas Carol musical and the Living Nativity ' and the theme park is even open on Thanksgiving Day!
One thing to note when traveling to Branson is that November weather in the Ozarks can be a little difficult to gauge, so be sure to check forecasts before you leave. Since a 75 degree day can lead into a 30 degree day this time of year, it's a good idea to pack for all weather in order to be prepared.
