You'll find out about the weird, peculiar, wacky, bizarre, strange and unusual at Branson's Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum.

If you're thinking about visiting Branson, you don't have to restrict yourself to the summer months or the holiday season. Visiting at other times of the year brings its own rewards. For instance, during January and February, you miss the summer heat, and it's much less crowded. Whatever time of the year you choose, there's always plenty to do and see in Branson, which offers many fun and noteworthy attractions for the whole family year-round.

IMAX Entertainment Complex - Branson, MO

The IMAX Entertainment Complex is a complete experience all by itself, offering three movie screens (BIG, BIGGER, and BIGGEST), along with an indoor shopping mall and a food court. Besides old favorites Quizno's Subs and Baskin-Robbins ice cream, the food court features McFarlain's Family Restaurant, which serves up traditional Ozark cuisine, using recipes handed down through the generations.

Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum - Branson, MO

After visiting Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum in Branson, your relatives won't seem quite so strange! With over 400 exhibits in seven uniquely themed galleries, you'll see one of the most odd and amazing collections ever gathered anywhere, including the two-headed calf, the human unicorn, and the official vampire killing kit. Meanwhile, at the Hollywood Wax Museum, you can take pictures of yourself standing next to John Wayne, Marilyn Monroe, Tiger Woods, Tom Cruise, Dracula, King Kong, or a number of US Presidents. Open 365 days a year, the Museum will take you on a stroll down memory lane, re-acquainting yourself with old friends from television, movies, sports, music, and history.

Branson Veterans Memorial Museum - Branson, MO

Visit one of the greatest tributes ever completed to honor our nation's veterans at the Branson Veterans Memorial Museum. Opened on Veterans Day in 2000, the centerpiece of the Museum is a 70-foot-long bronze sculpture depicting 50 soldiers running up onto a beach. The exhibits cover all conflicts of the 20th century, from World War I to Desert Storm. Open every day of the year except Christmas, the Veterans Museum is a fascinating and humbling experience, honoring those who defended our liberty.

World's Largest Toy Museum - Branson, MO

The World's Largest Toy Museum, as the name implies, features thousands and thousands of toys, including dolls, trains, bicycles, cars, and cap guns. The toys are as old as the 1800s and as new as Star Wars. You and your family can take a guided tour, or wander the many rooms on your own. Owners Tom and Wendy will be glad to chat with you about their favorite topic — everyone's favorite toys.

Waltzing Waters Theatre - Branson, MO

Branson is filled with amazing shows and unique attractions, but the Waltzing Waters Theatre stands apart from the rest. Branson's longest running year-round attraction, Waltzing Waters features internationally acclaimed concert pianist Frederick playing two grand pianos at the same time. While he plays, Frederick is surrounded by 40,000 gallons of dancing fountains, waterfalls, and spectacular lighting. In between Frederick's shows, watch a liquid fireworks display in the fountain, rising to a height of three stories. Your children can even push a button and create their own fountain display!

And don't forget the shopping! You'll find Branson's outlet malls open year-round, and plenty of specialty shops open as well.

Many of the most popular shows and attractions in Branson are available to you at any time of the year — so don't put it off, come to Branson anytime. We're ready and waiting for you!

Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum
Worth every penny!
We took our two children ages 6 and 8 and we almost had more fun than they did! The photo booth on the second floor is so much fun! One of our favorite Branson attractions!

Veterans Memorial Museum
BEING A NAVY VET AND HISTORY BUFF I FOUND THE MUSEUM PARTICULARLY INTERESTING. I WAS ABLE TO FIND MY BROTHER-IN-LAW'S NAME ON THE VIET NAM WALL AS WELL AS TWO OF MY SHIPMATES THAT DIED DURING DESERT STORM. IT IS A MUST SEE FOR ALL VETS. I AM PLANNING A REVISIT IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE..

Hollywood Wax Museum
Great Trip Through Movie Magic
The Hollywood Wax Museum is a great photo opportunity. The statues looked extremely real and were varied throughout. From popular movie scenes and actors to musicians and presidents, there was a little of everything that encompasses American pop culture. I especially liked the horror collection.
