Whether you're looking to get out and celebrate or help others during your spring vacation, the Annual Rock'n Ribs BBQ Festival can help you enjoy the feeling of both! Mouth-watering barbecue from roughly 50 contestants, live music, motorcycle exhibits and more will converge upon the grounds of Bass Pro Shop, proving a great reason to visit Springfield during your visit to Branson. And since the festival's proceeds go to a good cause, local charities that help underprivileged children in the area, you can feel a sense of well-being all while relaxing!
The festival is a judged competition featuring barbecue in the categories of chicken, pork ribs, pork and brisket. In total, five thousand dollars will be awarded throughout the competition, although the real winners are always the area children and numerous spectators who come to enjoy the great barbecue.
