they are so welcoming and helpful. It is nice to sit at breakfast and enjoy the conversation with the owners. They greet each person and make them feel welcome.

Friendly staff . Breakfast wasn't what we expected, but adequate. Very easy to find the Carriage House and the different colored routes help you to get around Branson, avoid highway 76, and find the Carriage House again.

Nice clean room and hospitable proprietors. The only mix up was they assigned us to a room that was supposed to be vacant and we opened the door to find it was occupied. The housekeeper said the occupant had decided to stay another day and the desk had apparently not gotten the word.
