They were very into treating their customers with respect! I have three boys and the gave them donuts each morning to take back to the room for snack, that was to me showing interest in their customers

Although the breakfast was not out of the ordinary, the service was. One older gent waited on our grandchildren and made kind remarks about their good looks and behavior and they loved it. Like most everything else in Branson, the kindness of the people made an enjoyable experience even better.

The rooms were smoky smelling which they were to be non smoking. They were clean and the continental breakfast was superb. I did not get a handicap room because we wanted adjoining rooms with our grandchildren. The pool was sort of dirty, with dirt in the bottom of the pool.

They are very friendly and it wan't crowded at all when we went. Make sure request for a fridege room if you want a room with a fridge.

The room was nice. It was older, but kept up very well. The bed was a uncomfortable. Overall, I would say for the price it was enjoyable. We did not eat the breakfast, but it sure did smell good!

Friendly staff . Breakfast wasn't what we expected, but adequate. Very easy to find the Carriage House and the different colored routes help you to get around Branson, avoid highway 76, and find the Carriage House again.
