Across the United States, American honor veterans on Veterans Day in November in so many different ways. Many will take a moment of silence to pause and reflect on the many conflicts they have served in dating back to the Revolutionary War through to the present conflicts that wage on today. Others will pay tribute to the countless servicemen and women that have served over the years with parades, ceremonies, special performances, and more.

In Branson, many venues regularly honor veterans during Veterans Week in November through discounted admissions, special tribute shows, and more. If you are heading to Branson this Veterans Week, be sure to include veterans activities in your plans with some of these great experiences.

Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show

Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show is an amazing way to spend an evening in Branson any time of year, and during Veterans Week you will have an extra special experience. The regular show features an amazing cast of talented trick riders on 32 steeds along with Longhorn cattle, racing pigs, and more. The show takes on extra special meaning during Veterans Week with a salute to military servicemen and women. While you watch the show, you can dine on a four-course meal featuring Rotisserie chicken, creamy vegetable soup, and buttery corn on the cob.

Showboat Branson Belle

Enjoy a spectacular meal on board the authentic paddlewheel vessel, the Showboat Branson Belle. You can select a lunch or dinner cruise, and both options provide you with a delicious four-course meal and a sightseeing cruise across Table Rock Lake. While you dine, sit back and enjoy Broadway-style entertainment. During Veterans Week, the show adds a powerful tribute to veterans to make your experience extra special.

Veterans Memorial Museum

The Veterans Memorial Museum pays homage to veterans with an astounding number of exhibits, artifacts, and unique displays. There are more than 2,000 things to see including artifacts from WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and the Desert Storm wars. Guests will be able to see amazing things such as a World War II P-51 Mustang Fighter.

Honor veterans in your own special way this Veterans Week by including some of these patriotic experiences in your vacation plans.

Reviews
Veterans Memorial Museum
I was impressed with the quality of the museum and the amount of things on ww1. The names of the fallen on the walls from each war took my breath away and made an impression on my kids.
