Branson Shows Knows 9/1
Every week, we ask our thousands of Facebook fans for questions about Branson and then we set our Branson Gurus to the task of finding the answers! This week, we asked our fans for questions about Branson restaurants, and got some fantastic questions and recommendations! No matter what you're in the mood for, Branson definitely has something to tempt your taste buds.
Here are this week's best restaurant questions:
Q: What are some of the top restaurants in Branson?
A: Restaurants and shows go together like coffee and cream, and so it's no shock that our agents get this question all the time. And boy, does Branson have an abundance of choices where food is concerned! Dobyns Dining Room at the Keeter Center is one of the top-rated places in town and features delicious food grown and made by students at the College of the Ozarks. If you are craving some tastes from different cultures, then India Clay Oven, Thai Thai Cuisine, and Rocco's Pizza are popular choices. Baba's Burgers & Gyros has some delicious entrees, and White River Fish has some of the best seafood in the area. Other popular choices include Vasken's Deli, Farmhouse Restaurant, and Jackie B. Goode's Uptown Cafe.
Q: Which Branson restaurants are open late?
A: Branson has a lot of great evening shows, and if you find yourself hungry after a late night show, you've got no shortage of options. A few restaurants that are open until 10 p.m. include India Clay Oven, Landry's Seafood, Outback Steak & Oyster Bar, Cantina Laredo, and La Piazza Ristorante Italiano (which actually stays open an extra hour on Friday and Saturday). Shorty Small's, Big Whiskey's, The Upper Deck Grille, Jackie B Goode's Uptown Cafe are all open until 11 p.m., and both Coulee's Bar & Grill and Joe's Crab Shack are open until midnight. If you're out past that, you'll have to stick with an all-night joint like Denny's or IHOP, although you really can't go wrong with some delicious pancakes!
Q: What are some of the best local restaurants in Branson?
A: If there's one thing that Branson Shows loves more than shows--it's food! Our gurus argued over which were the best local restaurants, and finally the consensus was that the options are expansive. However, here were some of the restaurants and food we love: Level 2 Steakhouse, the healthy choices at Casa de Luz, sandwiches and service at Jayne Dough, breakfast Billie Gail's Cafe (a customer favorite too!), Danna's BBQ & Burger Shop, the shakes at Mel's Hard Luck Diner, Main Street Alley Grill, cinnamon rolls (what else?) at Grandma Ruth's, and the Branson Cafe. Our Facebook friends also recommended Branson's Center Stage Grille & Bar and Pasghetti's Italian Restaurant! Of course, that's just a taste of the great restaurants Branson has to offer.
Q: Are there any healthy places to eat in Branson?
A: Absolutely! We understand that sometimes you don't want something deep-fried or sticky sweet, and while many Branson restaurants have healthy options, these restaurants stood out with some particularly delicious menus designed to help you make better food choices: Sugar Leaf Bakery & Cafe, Vasken's Deli, Greek Gyros & Deli, Landry's Seafood Restaurant, Cantina Laredo, and Casa de Luz.
