Branson Shows Knows 9/22
Every week, our Branson experts ask our thousands of Facebook fans for questions about the city that they always wanted to know. Our gurus, once a week, select the top queries and hunt down the answers. This week, we're talking all about shopping in Branson, and there's certainly no shortage of that!
Here are this week's top questions:
Q: How many malls are in Branson?
A: This is a great question! There are so many malls in Branson, sometimes it's hard to keep track of them all. Most of Branson's malls are outdoor strip malls and feature both shops and dining options. A few of the popular malls in the area include Tanger Outlet Mall, the Branson Landing, Grand Village, Branson Craft Mall, and the Shoppes at Branson Hills. Of course, that's hardly all of them—there are plenty of other smaller malls in the area which feature unusual shops and great merchandise, so don't be afraid to explore and hunt down that perfect deal! Branson really is a shopper's paradise!
Q: Are there any Disney stores in Branson?
A: Yes there are! As more proof that Branson really does have everything, Tanger Outlet Mall currently features a Disney store filled with toys, clothes, games, and other merchandise perfect for any Disney fan!
Q: What are the operating hours for the Grand Village in Branson?
A: According to our gurus, the Grand Village's hours vary depending on the season. Generally speaking, this location is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the year, although during the holiday season, the shops are open both earlier and later—sometimes as late as 9 or 10 p.m. in order to accommodate holiday shoppers!
Q: Is the Branson Landing handicap accessible?
A: The Branson Landing is definitely handicap accessible! In fact, not only does the Branson Landing offer handicapped parking spaces near the North and South entrances, but it also has electric scooters and wheelchairs available so that everyone can comfortably enjoy the shops, entertainment, dining, and fun at the Branson Landing!
Q: Is there somewhere in Branson to take old-time photos?
A: Of course! In fact, if you've ever wanted to take some fun saloon or old-time photos of your family, then Branson is the best place to be! There are several different photo studios in town that take old-fashioned snapshots, and all of them provide costumes and sets to complete the experience. A few of the popular ones include Mo's Old Time Photos and Buster's Old Time Photos, both located on the Strip. There is also an old-time photo booth at Silver Dollar City, if you're looking for the complete frontier experience!
