The Texas Tenors 'You Should Dream'
What do you get when you add Country Music singer, JC Fisher, Pop singer, Marcus Collins, and Opera singer, John Hagen? You get one outstanding crossover group who call themselves The Texas Tenors.
The Texas Tenors burst onto National radar as the #1 vocal group in the history of Americas Got Talent. Their unique blend of Country, Gospel, Classical and Broadway style has since won the hearts of millions in more than 600 concerts around the world.
In 2013 they announced that they'd welcome original music contributions, and select the best to make their own. They found a gem in a song penned by Atlanta Elementary School Music Teacher, Dana Lamb, who says it just came to her in the shower one day. She grabbed what she could find, a purple marker and some junk mail, to get the song written down. There it stayed until Dana discovered she could submit it to the Texas Tenors. The three country boys know a good thing when they see it, and wasted no time, calling Dana only seven minutes after her submission.
They not only produced the song, but it is the title track on their most recent CD, released in late 2013 to coincide with their PBS special of the same name. The special is replaying throughout 2014.
The Texas Tenors are performing at the Starlite Theater in Branson MO, with twinkling eyes, and black cowboy hats. The Texas Tenors are living proof that in fact, "You Should Dream."
