It was a great place but it is too hot to be outside this time of year. I passed out because of Heat Exhaustion. The EMT's from First Aid came and were very good. Thank them for all their help. they do take care of the visitors. I do wish the shows had not closed so early.

We go 5-10 per year and have for the last 20 or so years--and we still love it! The only complaint is the water bogan is gone and they need to change their shows--it has been the same for several years and we may not go back as many times due to the same old!

My grandchildren love Silver Dollar City and Branson. We go 3-4 times a year so they are getting Season Passes for their Christmas present this year. (not their Mom or Dad because they want to go with Nonna and Pawpaw) Great bonding time for us. With early pass purchases mom and dad will get to go on the bring a friend free days. Great for all ages.

Great talent at the show I attended. Fun rides for people of all ages. My 82-year old mother rode the Lost River of the Ozarks with us. Very thankful for the shade - it's VERY HOT in Branson in August.

after my divorce 12 years ago, i decided to take my 2 daughters on a vacation to recover, we went to branson, i loved it then and have taken them and now my grandchildren every year since. this year i plan on taking my youngest daughter that just graduated from high school and is going to college as a last trip alone before going off. my children and grandchildren know i love this place more than anywhere on this earth. there is a lot to do and wide choices for everyone. our favorite place is silver dollar city. i will go every year as long as i am able. thanks branson!

We have been going down to branson and silver dollar city for 30 years now and can honestly say we have always had a great time! My beloved father, who is now in heaven with his heavenly father, started this tradition. My mom and I continued this tradition with taking my kids and now my grand kids still today. We try to go down at least 3 times a year, sometimes just me and Mom. There is such a variety of things to do. Yes, it's expensive, but what is not anymore! It is money well spent! Thank you for many years of enjoyment and memories that will last a lifetime!! God bless!

The first day was so busy as we were in a line of cars for over an hour waiting to get to silver dollar city then we had a huge wait when we got there and a lot of waiting for rides but the second day was sunday and it was completely the opposite. We loved it and took our time more on the sunday.

Me and my family had a great time spending the day at Silver Dollar City, enjoyed the lights and all the shops and rides very much. The use of the voucher was easy, was confused on where to take the voucher to redeem for tickets but got it figured out with the help of the staff at Silver Dollar City. Had a great time.

It would have been better if we had known that the passes were for three days instead of just one day. We went on the last day whereas we could have gone the three days. We could have seen a little at a time instead of trying to cram everything in one day. Anyhow it was wonderful.

Traffic control for parking could have been better. Shuttle service very convenient from parking lots to main entrance. There was something for everyone. Most impressive was the Dicken's Christmas Carol.

Silver Dollar City was good - not as many craftsman as the last time we went! We went into Marvel Cave this time - before going on the tour - they kept talking about how strenuous the tour was, how you better go to the bathroom before and that the tour was an hour long. The tour wasn't strenuous, the bathroom wasn't an issue and the tour wasn't a tour - we just walked through the cave without much talking about the formations or anything else.

SDC has been a tradition in our family for over 30 years. You will not find a cleaner park or friendlier people. It is the only park I know of that keeps the old traditions and trades alive as well as providing entertainment for the entire family. If you only go to one place in Branson, visit SDC and make memories for a lifetime!

Silver Dollar City is a very nice amusement/theme park. In some ways, I enjoyed Silver Dollar City more than DisneyWorld or Universal Studios (didn't seem as hokey pokey). Silver Dollar City has several great rides, but it is known for their shows, incredible Marvel Cave, and 1800's atmosphere.

We have been to SDC several times - great park. Because of our personal situation of my wife receiving cancer treatments, one day would have been sufficient, in fact we did not go back the second day, again, too much walking with steep grades.

My sisters and I went to Silver Dollar City on March 28, 2008. It was a sister's weekend and we were ready for fun - unfortunately Silver Dollar City was not fun. It was expensive but not fun. Very few attractions were open. We did enjoy the redneck band and the gospel singers - but otherwise we didn't find much to do but shop.
