We stay hear several times a year love the place. All the amenties the free shuttle to Silver Dollar City is a plus. It saves on fighting the long lines in traffic an they take you to the front entrance. The continental breakfast is all ways great the staff is all ways helpful.

I was pleased with the services just a little disappointed about the Hotel. If I would have know the hotel pool was being renovated I would have choose another one. The housekeeper was not as great and the bathroom was very small that there was no department to put hand soap (so it was all slimy in the counter). I was also surprise to see that there was no closet. The positive side was that there was a place in the room to hang the clothes but no closet. I enjoyed the continental breakfast. It was great service and nice room to eat. The beds where very pleasant to sleep in. The location of the hotel was satisfying not too close not too far from the main street.

The lodging was okay but there were some nearby hotels that seemed to offer more. Free breakfast versus the Continental Breakfast. Problems with heating/cooling system. either it was too hot or too cold.
