"...there's a great view."
I made my reservation for a day that the weather wasn't good, so the lady asked if i could come back the next day and i said i could. She made a note on my reservation. The next day was much better, and there's a great view. Will probably be back during a different season.

We have been to shepherd of the hills many, many times over the 55 years of our marriage. We went to see this show on our honeymoon trip. This year it just wasn't the same. We love the story and have always enjoyed the show. I just can't put my finger on why it wasn't the same.

The whodunit hoedown was a great show. Kept us laughing. The food was okay. Wish they had beverages for sale though. Some do not like iced tea or water and allergic to citrus so lemonade is out of the.

"Great set."
Great set. Good costumes. Most actors quite good - wash gibbs, dad, sammy, old matt, aunt molly. I read the book last year and was delighted to see that the play followed the book, which the john wayne movie did not

The cast is hilarious! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! It was so good that i wanted more! They did a great job interacting with the crowd.

"Great acting!"
Great acting!! Could hear every word and see all the action!! A little disturbing for young kids, considering the killing, the hooded horsemen, the ghost. I didn't see any warning for young children posted. We didn't have young children with us, but as a retired teacher i was concerned.

We loved shepherd of the hills drama! To make it even better, they could be selling popcorn & cold drinks through the crowds while people are waiting for it to start & at break time. Also it would make it fun if they would make a little deal if someone is celebrating a special occasion birthday, anniversary, honeymoon etc.

Good show, but not for the handicapped. The restroom facility at the theater was totally inadequate. The wheelchair ramps to and from the handicapped section were too steep and dangerous. We paid for vip seating, which are not handicapped accessible, so we had to sit in the handicapped section as my wife is confined to a wheel chair. The tram ride after the show was too fast, and dangerous. I would not recommend this show for anyone else in a wheel chair.

"It really speaks to what Branson is all about "
The old mill theatre was very good. It portrayed the shepherd of the hill very, very well. The theatrics was somewhat amateur, but homegrown and refreshing and honest. It really speaks to what branson is all about - genuine people and love of decency, honor and faith.
