You might remember Terry Fator and his puppets from Season 2 of America's Got Talent; after winning the show, he performed in Las Vegas, and now he is Branson for a limited time engagement.
A real jack of all trades, Fator mixes in ventriloquism with music and comedy. His performances include many different characters including his famous Walter T. Airedale, a country-singing puppet. Other characters include Winston the Impersonating Turtle, Julius, and Vikki the Cougar. All of these characters, at the will of Fator, will have you rolling on the floor with laughter.
Complete with impersonations of celebrities, singing, and comedy, this show is a hilarious addition to any Branson vacation.
Career:
Before America's Got Talent, Fator had almost given up on ventriloquism completely. He performed at fairs to no avail. When he auditioned for America's Got Talent in 2007, he didn't think he would actually win the entire show. He just wanted enough publicity to get a break, but instead he ended up winning the contest and a performance at the Jubilee Theatre at Bally's.
His debut show was at the Las Vegas Hilton on October 14 and 15, 2007. Both shows were sold out and another show was added for December 3. He signed a $1.5 million dollar contract with the Las Vegas Hilton to do three shows a month from January 2008 to May 2008. He has also appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show along with Simon Cowell. In May of 2008, Fator had signed a five year, $100 million contract to perform nightly at The Mirage on the Las Vegas Strip.
Don't miss this Las Vegas performer as he makes his way to the Ozarks! With hilarious puppets and stand-up, this show is sure to be a hit.
