I'm just looking for lodging. Can I make reservations only for a hotel?
Of course! Just click on the
Lodging options at the top and left-hand menus on the page and browse through our wide variety of lodging.
What if I only need show or attraction tickets with no lodging?
No problem! You'll have the option of adding on lodging to your order or skipping ahead and only purchase show, attraction or dinner tickets.
What if I need to make a change on my order after it has been placed?
Because your order is secured through the various Branson venues, a $20 processing fee will be assessed to any changes, including date or time changes. If you have questions about the date or time of your reservations, please call our toll-free number to speak with a customer service representative. Changes can not be processed within ten days of your arrival date. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more information.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please be sure to read our terms and conditions for detailed information about our cancellation policy. Because we secure your purchase with our vendors, we have a set cancellation policy. All cancellation must be processed through BransonShows.com, not the individual vendors. If you have any additional questions, please contact our customer service department for more information.
Something came up and I had to cancel my order. When will I receive my refund?
BransonShows.com will process the refund back to the credit or debit card you used to place your order. Once the refund has been issued, it can take banks up to 30 days to post the credit back to your account.
How do I get the best seats for shows and concerts?
You'll receive the best available seats at the time your order is processed, so it's best to make your reservations as far in advance as possible for the best available seats. The sooner you complete your order, the better chances you will have of getting prime seating as most Branson shows fill up quickly!
How far in advance do I need to make my reservations?
It's always best to make reservations as early in advance as possible to ensure availability and, in the case of some shows and attractions, receive the best available seating. If you're last-minute vacation shopping, though, we will still be more than happy to assist you. As a matter of fact, you can even place your order to up one hour before the scheduled time as long as the product is still available.
When will you charge my credit card?
Your card will typically be charged within 24 hours of the time your order was placed.
Once I've placed my order, how will I check-in at my hotel and get my attraction & show tickets?
You'll receive vouchers at our customer service center for your lodging, show tickets and activities. The quickest way to receive your voucher instructions is via e-mail, which you will generally receive within 72 hours. You'll receive instructions on how to pick up the vouchers, and you can always contact our customer service department for more assistance. You can also choose to have the voucher instructions printed and mailed to you, which generally takes seven to ten business days.
How can I find out more details about a show, tour or attraction?

How will I know where my lodging or attraction is located?
Leave that to us! Your ticket vouchers will include a printed map or addresses of all the show, attractions and hotels you've booked. Need additional help? That's why we're here! Just contact one of our Customer Service Representatives and they'll be more than happy to assist you.
How can I contact the venue I've booked directly?
Just give us a call and we will gladly work with our vendors on your behalf. Have a special request or detailed question? Just let us know and we will do our best to work your situation out with the vendor. We'll also print a map and/or address to the show, hotel or attraction you've booked directly on your bransonshows.com voucher.
Where can I find a schedule of performances and pictures of the shows I want to see?
When you visit our Shows or Attractions pages, click on Detailed Info under each listing. You'll have access to photos, schedules, customer comments and other important details about each venue or location.
What if I want to find lodging close to a certain show or attraction?
We understand your desire for convenience and accessibility! Simply visit our hotels page and select "Sort By Distances" from the top menu. Choose up to five shows and attractions you'd like to be near and click start search. Our technology will then sort the lodging by its distance from your selected locations and also give you the total distance in miles! Branson vacation planning just doesn't get any easier than this!
